Oi Collective is a group of wāhine Māori, and good friends, who all grew up down dirt roads around Aotearoa… from the Hokianga Harbour to the valley of Ruatoki to Tokomaru Bay and beyond.

Oi is more than just a word—it’s a call to action, a cheeky nudge, a burst of energy. Woven deep into our reo rangatira, it speaks to movement, play, and transformation. It’s about agitating, disrupting, growing, and being abundant. That’s who we are—bold yet thoughtful, unapologetic yet full of care, spontaneous yet strategic. Haututū in the best way.

Oi Collective was born from laughter-filled kōrero and the belief that impact grows stronger when shared. We started as independent contractors, each carving our own path. But soon, we realised that when we came together, our joy, creativity, and effectiveness multiplied.

We bring joy, warmth, and a bit of mischief into every space we step into—because transformation doesn’t have to be heavy. We are the light in dark places, the laughter in tough moments, and the spark that keeps the fire burning.
